Use of this site, submissions made through it, and ownership of published material.
Use of this site
This site is published by Global Mosaic Foundation for information about its programmes, productions and work. You may read, link to and quote from it with attribution.
Submissions
You keep every right in the work you submit. Sending a script, a recording, artwork or any other material to the Foundation does not transfer ownership of it and does not create an obligation on either side. Nothing in an application or enquiry constitutes an offer, a commission or an agreement to produce.
Assessment
The Fragments of Brilliance application fee covers administrative costs of assessment. It is non-refundable and does not purchase, guarantee or imply an outcome.
Programme terms
Forge and Atelier engagements are governed by a separate engagement letter issued at commencement. The prices published on this site are current at the time of publication and may be revised for future engagements.
Our material
The GMF emblem, signature, wordmark and the text and design of this site belong to the Foundation. Production artwork and photography belong to their respective creators and is published here with permission.
Accuracy
Season works described as in development are exactly that. Dates, venues and casting are not confirmed until announced.
